FLASH Gift Card Drive for Whittier Families
In response to upcoming cuts to SNAP benefits (expected Nov 1), Whittier parent Meena Lenn is organizing a gift card drive for Safeway or Fred Meyers for families to use THIS WEEKEND. Please donate by TOMORROW via PayPal (note “Flash Gift Card Drive”) or coordinate with Meena directly to arrange a gift card pick-up. Note: If SNAP cuts do not take place, all gift cards and donations will go towards Whittier's Family Support program for future community needs. Questions?
