  • We’re officially 40% of the way to our ticket sales goal, which is great! But also… not quite “we can stop refreshing the spreadsheet every 12 minutes” great. So if you’ve been procrastinating (we see you 👀), this is your gentle, slightly sarcastic nudge to buy your tickets now. Early ticket sales = better planning = smoother party = more fun for everyone. Math!
  • Hot tip: Grab discounted drink tickets when you buy your event ticket and save $2 per drink during the event. Future You will be thrilled.
  • ✨ Sponsor a Ticket = Instant Hero Status: We only need 20 more sponsored tickets to hit our goal and bring staff and community members to the party. If you’re able, this is an easy, meaningful way to spread the Spring Fling joy. 💚

🍰 Dessert & Snack Dash

We’re also collecting donations for a Dessert & Snack Dash, where you can bid for your homeroom class to win the best dessert in the room — and then reward yourself with incredible snacks at the end Spring Fling. Win-win. What we’re looking for:

  • Sweet or savory
  • Individually portioned (no plates/forks needed)
  • Enough to serve ~24 people
  • Store-bought or homemade — both welcome!
  • Brought to the event on a disposable tray
  • Labeled with any common allergens

They’re parent-hosted events where you get to have fun and fundraise at the same time — truly living the dream. Hosts cover the costs, and 100% of every ticket goes straight to Whittier. Parties can be for adults, kids, or both, with prices typically ranging from $25–$100+ per person. Past hits include pie & drink pairings, grade-level happy hours, backyard movie nights, gardening lessons, and more. Basically: great parties, zero guilt, maximum good.
