Our beloved Ms. Newcomb is headed on a new adventure in California and we can’t let her leave without a proper send-off! Let's put together a fitting goodbye gesture as a Whittier community! (Shh! We're trying to keep this a secret!)

Please consider donating by Thursday, June 11th to help us:

• Establish a bookcase in the Whittier Library filled with Ms. Newcomb’s favorite books, complete with bookcase hanging sign (“Ms. Newcomb’s Library"), cash to purchase 200 books, and bookplates to identify they’re Ms. Newcomb’s selects
• Gift two pieces of framed artwork for Ms. Newcomb to take with her: an illustration of Phinney Books by local artist UrbEmSketches and a custom illustration of the Whittier Library
• $23 donation = 1 book (+ some extra to chip in for Sarah's gift). Our goal = 200 book donations!
