Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year, Wildcats! This is a reminder to join your 2024-2025 classroom on Konstella! Room Reps and the PTA often use Konstella for grade- and classroom-specific messages, including teacher gifting, grade-level staff appreciation, grade-specific events, and more. If you don't join your classroom, you might miss these key messages.

Instructions for desktop Konstella users:

• For returning families with existing accounts:
  • Click on your name in the upper left corner to expand the menu
  • Click on "Your Children"
  • Use the submenu to select "Leave Classroom" for each child profile
  • Use the "Join Classroom" link to select your child's new classroom for the school year
• For new families with new accounts:
  • Follow the instructions above, skipping to the "Join Classroom" link on your child profile. If you haven't created a profile for your Wildcat, use the "Add Child" button first.

Instructions for Mobile App Konstella users:

• Click on the Gear icon in the upper left
• Click on "Your Children"
• Click on each child profile and choose their existing classroom (if they're in one) or choose "Please select your classroom"
• Select their 2024-2025 Classroom assignment

Are you a graduated Whittier family looking to discontinue Konstella notifications or delete your Konstella profile? Administrators cannot do this on your behalf, so please follow the steps below:

• To delete your Konstella account and its associated data, Konstella requires you to contact them: feedback@konstella.com.
• You can also remove yourself from Whittier Elementary's Konstella without deleting your Konstella account altogether. To do this, click on "Your Roles" from your name in the upper left (or Gear icon on mobile) and click on "Remove" next to Whittier Elementary. This will effectively stop all Whittier Elementary Konstella notifications or activity.
• To stop notifications, you'll want to click on your name in the upper left (or Gear icon on mobile) and go to "Account Settings." From there, select "Notifications" and adjust each option.
