That's a wrap!

THANK YOU, VOLUNTEERS!

The Beye School PTO Board sends a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of the amazing volunteers who made this year at Beye truly special. From organizing events to bringing in snacks, your time, energy, and creativity helped create joyful memories and a strong sense of community for our students and staff. We are so grateful for each and every one of you!

Events are at risk for cancellation without new volunteers.

We know your time is precious — and we want you to know that signing up doesn’t mean you have to run the whole show! Every event and committee thrives with co-leads, helpers, and behind-the-scenes support. Whether you can give an hour or lead a project, there’s a role for you!

Parent Involvement Chairs & Event Leads Needed | Events at Risk:

• Back-to-School Picnic: This is a turnkey event.  Permits are set, vendors have been given a save the date; there are even concessions ready to go in PTO storage, but this event will not happen without a volunteer lead!

• End-of-Year Picnic

We’re also looking for passionate parents to help organize or co-chair community favorites like:

• Olympic Day

• Fun Fair

• Lunar New Year

• Black History Month Celebration

• (Secret Dream Alert!) Diwali Celebration - Can you take the lead on planning it?

Got an idea for a new event? We want to hear it!
If you have a vision for a new celebration, tradition, or activity, we’d love to support you and finance the idea to bring it to life.

BEYE-A-BRICK IS BACK!

We’re thrilled to announce the return of the beloved Beye-A-Brick program — a chance to leave a lasting legacy on our school grounds while supporting the Beye School PTO. Each engraved brick becomes a permanent part of the school’s front walkway and is a wonderful way to:

• Celebrate your child

• Honor a teacher or staff member

• Commemorate your family’s time at Beye

Brick Options:

HONORING MR. WITHERS WITH A LASTING LEGACY

We are proud to announce the endowment of the Birthday Book Program — a tribute to Mr. Withers' decades of dedication as Beye’s beloved librarian. This endowment ensures the continuation of the Birthday Book Program, bringing joy to students and celebrating the gift of reading for years to come. If you'd like to ensure that this programs continues, please consider making a gift in Mr. Withers' honor.  Thank you, Mr. Withers! We hope you enjoy your retirement!

STAFF LOUNGE REFRESH

Thanks to a generous donation to the PTO, we’re thrilled to begin work on a much-needed Staff Lounge refresh this summer. The goal? A rejuvenating, comfortable, and joyful space for all staff to enjoy during their breaks. This is one small way to say: “We appreciate you!”
