Parental Involvement

Oversee the coordination and completion of all program services primarily focused on parents/guardians and their engagement with the PTO. This would encompass things like the Room Parents and also any recurring PTO-organized parent meetings that are not for the conduct of PTO business (e.g. do not involve voting by the membership).

The role of the Parental Involvement Working Group is to find ways to engage Beye community members in the many different initiatives and events of the PTO and to facilitate parental support of the Beye staff and community.  

There are currently no chairs or members for this group.  If you are interested in learning more, please contact board@beyeschoolpto.org.

In the past, the Parental Involvement group has worked with Room Leaders to help plan school events, such as grade-wide get-togethers, Staff Appreciation events, and to recruit volunteers.

Help plan 3 meals throughout the year for the hardworking Beye staff. This is a few hours for each meal - a few hours of prep and then some organization day of.
