Willow Glen Elementary's Tiger Theatre, a 501c3 nonprofit supporting multicultural arts programs, has organized two great afterschool programs. Sign-up by September 6! 

 

Have a 3rd - 5th grader who loves to sing and dance? Join Glee Club! This bilingual afterschool program is brought to you by WGE's Tiger Theatre and taught by our own music teacher, Maestra Lara Lopez,  and choreographed by the talented Maria LaMance. Classes will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3-4pm. Sign up by September 6 at this link! Scholarships are available. 
 
Folklorico is back! Sign-ups for this popular after school dance program are open now! Students in grades K-5 will love the vibrant music and colorful costumes of this Mexican folk dance, known as Folklorico. Classes are Mondays or Tuesdays from 3-4pm. Sign up by September 6! K-1 registration | 2-3 registration | 4-5 registration  Scholarships are available.

Willow Glen Elementary Tiger Theatre is committed to providing the students and parents of Willow Glen Elementary with the opportunity to participate in, or gain exposure to, the theater arts in a fun, collaborative, and respectful environment.  Students and adults will have the opportunity to develop skills in areas including: acting, singing, dancing, music, costuming, make-up, lighting, sound, scenery, and props.  To ensure that all interested Willow Glen Elementary students wishing to participate in Tiger Theatre productions are afforded the opportunity, a scholarship reserve shall be maintained which is funded, at least in part, by contributions made by Willow Glen Elementary families.
