Welcome Back to School!  

On behalf of the Willow Glen Elementary PTA, I’m thrilled to be welcoming everyone back to school. We hope everyone is enjoying their first week. Below you will find some helpful information to help you stay connected with all that is happening at our school. 

The PTA raises nearly $250,000 each year for vital enrichment programs for our students such as science, P.E. and recess support, music, and art. We have a vibrant community here and we thank you for your continued support! 

Konstella

Now that you know which classes your children are in, please take a minute to add your children to the correct classrooms in Konstella.  Simply go to https://www.konstella.com/app/settings/children. From a mobile device, tap the gear in the upper left corner. From a web browser, simply click your name. Then select “Your Children.” Click on your child’s name. Near the bottom you will see “Classroom,” and you will “Add Classroom.” Select the correct teacher from the list. 

Upcoming PTA Events 

We hope you will join us for the first PTA meeting of the year to learn about events, fundraisers, and volunteer opportunities for the year. We will also approve the budget and event calendar.  You will have a chance to hear from Principal Knapp during the Principal Chat happening immediately before the PTA meeting at 6:00 p.m. 

• PTA Meeting - Tuesday, August 23 at 6:30 p.m. for new families; 7:00 p.m. for returning families. We will meet in-person in the school’s cafeteria. 
• Ice Cream Social - Friday, August 26 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. on the basketball courts. 

Stay in the Loop

We have already added important 2022-2023 school dates to the Konstella calendar.  The Konstella calendar is the official source for all WGEPTA events, programs, meetings, etc. Make sure your personal calendar is synced so you always have the latest information available on your mobile device.
