PTO meetings are free to attend and open to all staff and guardians of students attending Woodcrest. Tomorrow we will be voting on the 2022-2023 PTO Board-see position descriptions below if you are interested in joining - we have lots of shared positions.
We will also be updating everyone on how they can be involved with upcoming spring activities at school including Celebration of Learning Night on May 20th, Book Fair May 18-20, First Annual Track & Field Day Tuesday June 7th, Mileage Club and Prairie Garden Relay Days.

Current Positions/Duties include:
President: Lead monthly Parent Teacher Meetings, Lead monthly Board Meetings, Lead monthly meeting with staff
Vice-President: Plan 3-4 Dine-to-Donate events throughout the school year
Secretary: Take minutes at meetings as able to attend, create newsletters/thank-yous with president
Treasurer: Keep track off all transactions, prepare monthly report for meetings, help with reimbursements/purchases
Volunteer Coordinator: Maintain Konstella database, create posts for volunteers as needs arise, communicate with/help recruit committee chairs
Social Media Coordinator: Create posts on Facebook/Twitter for events/volunteer opportunities
Board members also plan/run the FUN RUN in fall and attend two additional monthly meetings: with board (currently 4th Monday night) and with school staff (currently 4th Wed lunchtime)
