Friday Jan. 31 Winter Family Night-Dancing, Crafts, Movies!
Monday Feb 3rd 6pm-7pm. PTO meeting in Learning Lab
Anoka County Library will present on testing resources, what you can check out besides books, and summer reading.
Woodcrest staff will present on why we need diverse books and we can look at new ones Woodcrest received this year.
National Sports Center in Blaine will be presenting on their Summer Spanish Immersion Camp.
Tuesday Feb. 18 Spirit Night at Jersey Mikes - Grab something to eat on your way home or on your way to conferences and 50% will be given back to PTO as donation!
Wednesday Feb. 26
STEM Engineering Night sponsored by the PTO is bringing the Works Museum to Woodcrest. There will be 10 different stations - some with take home projects and others with challenges to complete there. 4th grade students will help tt stations, but we will also need adult volunteers...sign ups coming soon!
Feb 26-27. Book Fair and Buddy Breakfast Feb. 26 - Volunteers will be needed!
Monday March 2 6pm-7pm. PTO meeting in Learning Lab
Sr. Mraz, a high school science teacher in Columbia Heights will present on Making Schools and Homes "More Green" - highlighting things they've done at their school that has brought them national recognition.
Board Nominations will be taken.
Monday April 6
We have been invited to hear a presentation by the Jacob Wetterling Foundation at North Point Elementary's PTO meeting. More details to come.
Monday May 4 6pm-7pm. PTO meeting in Learning Lab
Our last PTO meeting of the year! Board Elections for 20-21 year will take place.
Also, PTO will start collecting Culver Scoopie Tokens. If you have some from kids meals that you won't be using, we could team up to collect them and get balls for kids to use at recess!
Also Box Top submission time will be here again soon, so if you have any at home, please bring into office!
