Have a Great Summer!!

A Message from Home & School

On behalf of the Home & School board, we wish you a very healthy and restful summer. A big thank you for all your support and impactful contributions to Home & School this year. All are encouraged to get their clearances over the summer to be ready for the start of the school year! We look forward to seeing you in September!

Fun Day

Thank you to all the volunteers that helped make Fun Day a great success!

A Message from our Principal

Thank you so much for everyone who participated in Fun Day. From volunteers to those who donated materials, all your contributions paid off.   It was a huge success and the students had such a wonderful time.

I encourage anyone who does not have their clearances to get them this summer.  Just visit the Methacton web page and all the information you need will be there.

Our last day of school is 6/12.  This is a ½ day.  We will have a closing assembly in the morning.  Fourth grade parents are welcome to attend the assembly at 9:30 am.  Please contact the office on Monday so we can pre-sign you into the building.  This will help speed up the process.

One of the most important thing you can do this summer is read with your children.  Please set time to either read to your child or have your child read to you.  It will also be beneficial to practice those math facts.  The more practice students get, the less likely they are to experience the “summer slide.”

It has been an amazing year.  I appreciate all your help and support and I look forward to next year.

There are a limited number of yearbooks for sale through the end of the school year in the office for $25 each.

If you are interested in purchasing a yearbook for your child(ren), please enclose $25 cash or a check payable to Woodland Home & School in an envelope labeled "Yearbook".  A copy will be sent home with your child.

If you have any questions, please contact Melissa Bower at melissah17@yahoo.com.
