Hi Woodstock families!

Our Myths & Magic Carnival Haunted House is shaping up to be SO much fun — but we need more volunteers to make the magic (and mild spooky-ness) happen!

We’re looking for volunteers to help with:

🎃 Pre-Crafting: Help us make spooky, magical decorations ahead of time
👻 Day-of Setup: Turn our space into a haunted house!
🕷️ Running the Haunted House: Help with costumes, props, guiding kids, and keeping the fun moving
🧹 Tear Down: Help us take everything down at the end of the night

You don’t need to be crafty, spooky, theatrical, or have any special skills. We have jobs for everyone, and even an hour of your time would make a huge difference.

Come help us create a fun, magical (and just-spooky-enough!) experience for our kids! ❤️

I will add our google sheet to put your name on to sign up for random crafting on your own! If you are a group person, we will be hosting some group craft days, please reach out directly to me if your'e interested in that!

Thank you, as always, for helping make Woodstock events so special!
