Box Tops collections

General Mills has generously helped us earn "free" money to help support our valued programs but it takes some of your help  to reach our goal of $2000 in box top funding to make it happen.  1. collect the General Mills "Box Tops for Education" that can be found on many products.  2.  Turn them in to your teacher... as a bonus each child that turns in 50 non-expired box tops will recieve a free "Sno-to-go" coupon (a  local business that sells tasty treats)

Organize with your support roles and confirm timing of collections. Create a print (from the supportive website) to help get the word out to families. Send in the box tops once the collection drive is completed. And Make sure the kids who earned a sno cone get their reward. There are two collections per year. One in October, and one in February. This role can be mostly done from your own home or office. It iusually takes a total of about 5 hours of your time over a 3-4 week period, and can be even less work with the right support.

One night (based on your availabilty), two nights a year, get together with the chairperson to count, prepare the box tops for mailing, and make sure the kids who earned a sno cone gets their reward. The deadlines given by General Mills are November 1st and March 1st, so the counting evening would be close to that date.
