Grandparent breakfast is held at the school on Wednesday, October 18 from 7:30-8:30am. The event can be held indoors or outside based on what the committee would like to plan and coordinate. 

Committee members will need to:

• Coordinate volunteers during the event, as well as set-up and clean-up volunteers
• Create sign-up/ticketing system to estimate headcount 
• Determine what grab & go breakfast items will be offered
• Place catering order for food and drinks (HyVee was used in 2022)
• Volunteer during the event
• Work with Communications committee on emails and FB event
• Make signage for event and/or partner with Communications committee
• Decorate or event
