Hello SHA community!
Ms. Emily and the rest of Breakthrough leadership are very much looking forward to welcoming our 5 year old and up students to the Covid vaccine clinic this coming Sunday, November 14. If you've signed up your child for a shot, CONGRATULATIONS!
In order to help things run as smoothly as possible, Ms. Emily could use a handful of volunteers to help set up the clinic on both Saturday late afternoon and Sunday during the clinic. Volunteer positions needed are as follows:
Saturday, 11/13 at 4:30: Set Up
- Print and hang-up signs to direct the flow inside the building
- Set up 3 immunization stations (3 tables with 3 chairs per table)
- Set up observation station (20 folding chairs + table with goodie bags + books and games and other options to keep children occupied)
- Stuff goodie bags
Sunday, 11/14 from 8:00am-9:00am: Set Up
- Set up a registration table outside of the school with printed consent forms and a desktop printer to scan insurance cards
- Set up food station (cookies, apples, water, apple juice/cider
Sunday, 11/14 from 9:00-11:00am: First wave
- Greet families,
- Direct traffic
- pass out snacks
Sunday, 11/14 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm: Second wave
- Greet families,
- Direct traffic
- pass out snacks
Sunday, 11/14 from 3:00 pm-5:00 pm: Third wave
