Hello Breakthrough families!

We are looking for helpers to assist with activities for the upcoming Fall Festival (Sunday, November 14, 1PM-5PM) such as setup, clean up, prize giving, taking pictures and more. We need your help to make the festival a success and appreciate your time and effort. Will you consider filling a role? Tell a friend! Please sign up below!

Helpers needed for:  

• Decorating Space Day Before Festival Decorate green space area ( grass, fence) with fall themed items

• Setup Day of Festival (bring out and set up equipment and supplies for various activity areas)

• Clean up (breakdown equipment, put away supplies, collect trash and dispose of it in the dumpster. Ensure that space is left clean and in order)

• Photographer  (take pictures of attendees having fun at photo booth and other activity areas during event )

• Prize Giver (hand out prizes to winners at specified activity areas)

• General/ Runners ( help with misc. tasks that may come up before and during the festival and need to be done in order to keep the event running as smoothly as possible !)

• Table Volunteers cover given table and help keep things organized, replenish items as needed, etc.
