Attached are the complete minutes from Friday's general meeting of the Breakthrough School-Home Association (SHA).

Meeting Summary: The first annual general meeting of the Breakthrough Montessori SHA was held on Friday, September 8^th, 2023.  The meeting had the largest turnout of any general meeting since before 2020, and the key outcomes were:

• The vacant role of SHA Director of Diversity and Inclusion was filled, with the appointment of Ebonee Price.
• The SHA budget for SY 2023-2024 was passed.
• A committee for the Fall Festival was assembled.
  • Date of Fall Festival TBD.
• A Room Parent meeting will be scheduled before September 30^th, 2023.
