Hello again SHA community!
We hope you are enjoying a restful and healthy Thanksgiving week.
Ms. Emily and the rest of Breakthrough leadership are once again very much looking forward to welcoming our 5 year old and up students to Breakthrough on Sunday December 5 for their second dose of the Covid vaccine. The first clinic on November 14 was a huge success due, in large part, to the community volunteers who helped things run as smoothly as possible, and Ms. Emily could use a handful of volunteers again to help set up and manage flow on Sunday during the clinic. Volunteer positions needed are as follows:
Sunday, 12/5 from 8:00am-9:00am: Set Up
- Print and hang-up signs to direct the flow inside the building
- Set up 3 immunization stations (3 tables with 3 chairs per table)
- Set up observation station (20 folding chairs + table with goodie bags + books and games and other options to keep children occupied)
- Set up a registration table outside of the school with printed consent forms and a desktop printer to scan insurance cards
- Set up food station (cookies, apples, water, apple juice/cider

- Greet families,

- pass out snacks
