The SHA is pleased to announce Breakthrough Montessori's third annual FIELD DAY!

On Friday, June 7th, students (along with their guides and assistants) will gather at Takoma Field #1 for games, snacks, and teamwork.  This lively event is a favorite of both children and families, and we need your help to make it a success for our students!  Sign up here to volunteer or donate/lend out items.

Primary classrooms will participate in the morning (9 AM - 11 AM), and Elementary classrooms will participate in the afternoon (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM).

Activities may include:

• Egg Spoon Race
• Burlap Sack Race
• Giant Bubble Station
• Water Bucket Transfer
• Pizza Box Agility Challenge
• Freeze Dance

We need parent/family volunteers who are excited to spend a few hours outdoors to lead the simple, planned activities and to help encourage students along the way. In addition to volunteers, we are also looking for a few donated or borrowed items to use in Field Day activities.  Sign up here for more information!
