Hello Trunk-or-Treat Families!

Thank you for signing up to participate in Hammer's Fall Festival Trunk-or-Treat! We're excited to have you join us and help create a fun and memorable afternoon for our students!

Please review the following important arrival and setup instructions for Saturday, October 24th.

🚗 Arrival & Setup: 12:30–12:50 PM

• Location: Hammer Montessori blacktop, near the 4th and 5th grade classrooms.

• Vehicle Entrance: Enter through the double gates at the corner of Illinois Avenue and W. William Street.

• Arrival Window: Please arrive between 12:30 and 12:50 PM to allow time to park and decorate your trunk.

• Gate Closure: The gates will close promptly at 1:00 PM when the festival begins.

• Departure: For everyone's safety, vehicles must remain parked throughout the festival. The gates will reopen at 3:00 PM, once the festival concludes.

🎃 Festival Hours: 1:00–3:00 PM

Please come prepared with candy or treats to distribute to our Hammer students!
