We’re heading into Thanksgiving week, and there’s so much happening around our amazing school community!

🧁 1. Winter Bazaar Needs Volunteers!

Our Winter Bazaar is right around the corner—Thursday, December 11, from 6:00–8:00 PM—and we need your help to bring the magic to life!

💫 Here’s where we need YOU:

• Bake Sale Table – We need volunteers to help run this crowd favorite.

• Storybook Reading Area – Help us create a cozy and enchanting space for our young readers. Creative parents from the lower grades, we’d love your energy here!

• Event Set-Up & Clean-Up – Many hands make light work!

👯‍♀️ 2. Spirit Day is Tomorrow: Twin Day!

Get ready to double the fun—tomorrow, Friday, November 21, is Twin Spirit Day! Dress like your favorite buddy, a classmate, a sibling, or even a famous historical duo!

🌀 Uniforms are optional for Spirit Day—let your creativity shine!

📋 3. Climate Survey Deadline is TOMORROW

We are currently under 70% family participation in the SJUSD Climate Survey—let’s close that gap before the deadline! Your feedback helps shape our school priorities and improvements.

💙 4. Annual Appeal – We’re Still Under 20%!

With Thanksgiving and Giving Tuesday approaching, we are urging families to support our most important fundraiser of the year: the Hammer Annual Appeal.

Hammer and Galarza are running a joint food drive and pantryeffort to support our families.
