Attention all Hammer parents and guardians. The annual HMF Fall Festival/Trunk or Treat event is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1 PM to 3 PM. Join this exciting committee to help kick off and organize a fun and engaging community event together! Check out the available roles below and sign up for as many roles as your schedule allows.

Pumpkin donation & pumpkin patch Signed Up: 2 / 2What will be involved: Visit 1-2 local grocery stores to request for pumpkin donations for Hammer Fall Festival Event. Details will be provided for committee members. You will need to have a car to visit the grocery stores and will need to store the pumpkins at your own residence until the date of the event. On day of event, you will need to bring the donated pumpkins to the faculty parking lot during the event setup time. Help the event organizers to create a pumpkin patch for the event. During the event, help sell the pumpkins for a fair market value, price TBD.

Basket theme donations Signed Up: 1 / 4What will be involved: Help identify 12 unique basket ideas (1 for each classroom at Hammer) that are
both kid and family friendly. Suggest items for donation to include for each basket, by providing links for
easy purchase. Collaborate with committee members for pickup day/time for the basket and help assemble baskets. On day of event, help with basket display setup, prior to event start time.

Games planning, setup & monitor Signed Up: 0 / 4What will be involved: Review games available in HMF closet, (there are possible few items that can be used) and or come up with easy to play games at the event that is autumn themed. Setup game section during the event. Monitor the games during the event and clean up after the event.
