🎓 5th Grade Graduation Committee – Volunteers Needed

Hi 4th & 5th grade families,

As we begin looking ahead to the end of the school year, it’s time to start planning one of our most special traditions — celebrating our 5th grade graduates 🎉

Each year, our 4th grade families help organize and host this celebration as a meaningful send-off for our 5th graders. It’s a wonderful way to honor our students and create a memorable moment for them as they move on from Hammer.

We’re starting to build our Graduation Committee and would love your help!

🙌 We’re Looking for Volunteers to Help With:

• Theme Development
  Help come up with a fun and meaningful theme for the celebration
• Decorations
  Design and create decorations that bring the theme to life
• Graduate Lei / Keepsake
  Help design a lei or other special item for students to wear
• Day-of Set Up
  Assist with preparing the space on the day of graduation
