Planning committee for the Winter Bazaar which makes up of 3 separate activities: 1) Kids Craft Fair, 2) Bake Sale; and 3) Story Time. This planning committee will be responsible for developing the plan for this fun event, scheduled for Thurs 12/5/24 from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Bake Sale Volunteers Signed Up: 3 / 4Help define & secure list of at items needed for bake sale (examples: platters, thongs, paper bags, etc. most items are in the HMF closet). On day of event, coordinate the arrival of bake sale items and help
with the bake sale setup and cleanup. The event hours are 6 to 8 and will need folks for this group to help 30 mins before and 30 minutes after the event.

Story Time Signed Up: 2 / 2Solicit teacher & Mr Bingham participation to read for the kids at the Winter Bazaar. Develop a schedule for who will read what during the event. Help curate a warm & inviting reading area during the event.
