Dear Families,

I hope this email finds you well and that you had a wonderful Spring Break with your families. As we near the end of the break, I wanted to reach out and extend a request for assistance in the library, from our parent community.

Currently, we have over 1,000 books checked out from the library, which is fantastic to see! However, there are also 229 overdue books, and a significant number of books waiting to be returned in each of  the classrooms.

To help with getting these books back and ensuring the smooth re-stocking of our library shelves, we need your help. On Monday morning, immediately following drop-off, we are organizing a book return and cleaning session in the library.

We need two adult volunteers from each classroom to join us in the library on Monday morning. These volunteers will work in pairs to wipe down the books specific to their child's classroom. I also need a handful of volunteers who already know how to scan/re-shelve books to help with those tasks. If you’d like to help with this great task, please sign up here on this link.  We need you!

Additionally, if there are any overdue or missing books lurking around your house or your child's backpack, please return them on Monday morning. Every book returned helps ensure that our library remains well-stocked and accessible to all students.
