CHARACTER COUNTS INITIATIVE

During the month of August, Holmes students focused on the character trait of Trustworthiness through weekly videos on the Monday school-wide announcements led by the school counselor. As a school community committed to following trustworthiness, staff and students will wear the color blue on Monday, August 31st. The color that coordinates with each character trait will be worn on the last Monday of each month throughout the school year. Each of the color-coordinated traits are used within our character education program to help instill a positive school climate and a culture of kindness, making schools a safe environment for students to learn.
