We are thrilled to share some exciting news – FACE is hosting more comprehensive and engaging literacy workshops for parents! Starting next Monday, June 2nd at 6:00PM and Tuesday, June 3rd at 12:00PM, FACE will be hosting Supporting Reluctant Readers, a 45-minute virtual literacy workshop for parents to better understand and help children who resist or avoid reading. The session will cover common reasons why (e.g., frustration, low confidence, lack of interest), and practical strategies to boost motivation and support struggling readers without needing to be literacy experts.
