Hello Pyrtle Family,
We're having a non-traditional PTO Meeting this month. Since our regular meeting night is a non-school day the Board has decided to turn it into more of a "work session" for a variety of things happening within our PTO.
- Family Fun Night - Kelani has been compiling a list of those interested in serving on the Fun Night Planning Committee. Even if you're not yet on her list this is the next big time for working out the details for this great event. We'll give them one corner of the room!
- Everything Else - We'll be talking about end-of-year things, Lux Boosters, Yearbooks, Fundraising, Staff Appreciation, Board Transitions, etc. We'll put this discussion in the other corner.
- Food - we thought some food was in order so we'll have some dinner on hand.
Please note there will be NO CHILDCARE for this meeting. Our apologies for any inconvenience we just don't have space to do childcare since we're meeting off-site this month.
Speaking of off-site - the address listed (5730 R St) is between Cotner & 56th on 'R' Street. Please park and enter off the north side of the building.
We'd love to see as many of you as possible - please make sure you RSVP so we can plan accordingly for food.
