Hello Panthers!
Staff Appreciation Week is right around the corner (May 6-10) and we’ve got a way for every Panther - Students & Adults - to help out in a big way.
First, our theme this year is “Around The World” - our staff will be traveling to various “destinations” with fun treats and surprises each day based on the destination. We’re also setting up a Photo Booth - so hopefully we’ll capture some fun photos of them on their travels.
Watch for a few volunteer opportunities coming soon - we'll have a couple of tasks to complete before the week and a few throughout Appreciation week.
In the meantime, one of the days we’re planning to shower them with hand written/made Thank You notes. Here is how you can all get involved. We want every staff member to carry home a stack of appreciation from the students and adults in our Panther community. You can:
- Find the PTO Staff Appreciation Table at Fun Night this Thursday - we’ll have some Thank You cards you can either fill out on the spot or take a few home to complete.
- Get crafty at home and make your own
Consider Classroom Teachers, Paras, Admin, and all of our Support Staff (Food Service, Counseling, Custodial).
We would love for ALL Thank You Cards and notes to be turned in no later than Friday, May 3rd. There will be a container in the Main Office after Fun Night.
Volunteers will sort and prepare for delivery, all the notes for all the staff. This will also help us make sure not a single staff member is missed with a pile of Thank You’s!
PLEASE make sure the Staff Members name is clearly written somewhere on the note (espcially if it is not a standard card in an envelope).
