Calling all artistic and non-artistic parents alike! Art in Action is a parent-led art program that exposes our children to art history and other cultures and allows them to express their creativity. Your help and dedication make the program possible, and the kids LOVE seeing you volunteering in their classroom!

 2023-2024 volunteers, please join us on Wednesday, September 13th, at 8:40 a.m. in the courtyard for an Art in Action kick-off meeting with our Artist-In-Residence, Salena Paul, and AiA Committee Leads.

 This meeting is highly recommended for all volunteers, both new and those who have been involved before. If you are not able to make this kick-off session but would like to be involved in AiA, please let us know, and we will get in touch with you directly.

 Art in Action lessons will begin in mid-September and will be taught once a month. There are opportunities to help with teaching, assisting, supplies, displaying student artwork, and the spring art show.

 Please join the Art in Action committee on Konstella to stay informed about all things Art in Action. Specific volunteer dates for each classroom will be posted shortly after the Wednesday meeting on Konstella. This year's AiA Live Training Sessions are scheduled to run from September 18th to 29th at the AiA Offices in Redwood City. Reserve your spot! [2023/24 AIA login details].
