Thank you for making this year's STEAM Expo our most successful yet! With record participation and fantastic creative projects, we're incredibly proud of our South Tigers for their energy and innovation. The atmosphere at the Friends and Family Event last night was truly wondeful. A special thank you goes out to all the parents for supporting our young scientists with their projects and to the special group of parent evaluators and photographers who made Thursday morning’s session possible.

We are excited to announce the Highest Class Participation Award. This year’s competition was incredibly close—with the top grade achieving  84% participation, with just one student making the difference between the top 2 classes!

Please join us in congratulating Ms. Sherpa’s class for earning the Highest Class Participation Award. To celebrate, the entire class will enjoy a special activity in the iLab on Monday, March 10th, from 12:00 p.m. to 12:40 p.m. Our amazing iLab teacher, Erin Bautista, has been working very hard preparing a fun activity, and we are so grateful to her.

As a reminder, please help your students clear their areas and take their displays home promptly after school today by 3:15 p.m.

Thank you again for your continued support—and a special thank you to our incredable co-chair, Avery Cannon, who has chaired and lead this this comittee for four years and has been instrumental in its success. Her older child is graduating from South this year, and she will be truly truly missed. If you see her on campus, give her a shout-out!
