Create a festive atmosphere in back of the auditorium and onstage, working within perimeters, (limited adhesives, no balloons, etc.) A permit will need to be requested to allow for install the afternoon prior to graduation by decorators. Before buying decorations, please check check the PTA room for items from prevoious events that may be reused.

arranging 3 photos of each graduate (baby/toddler/current) alphabetically into a slideshow format using google slides/ canva/ powerpoint, whatever) set to music to be shown during the ceremony. This can be done completely remotely and should be completed by the beginning of June.

Procure and arrange 2 large arrangements for stage (1 for diploma table, 1 for program table,), 2 for food table, 3 doz stems for students to hand to staff, and flowers for each graduate.

Confirm musical accompanists and recoding to use for ceremony, Matt and Peter have tentatively agreed but we need recording to play during speeches.

- print Graduation Portraits at Printique/Adorama, 8x10in, matte, white border – 2 motives per kid - hang 1 print per kid in back of auditorium for ceremony - get envelopes ready for each kid so they can take the prints home

Auditorium Reception Signed Up: 0 / 4

requires being on site 8am-1pm Friday, June 20. Various duties include setting up the refreshments table, seeing that the flower arrangements are on the proper tables, distributing yearbooks to the graduates, arranging the stage ,and seeing that the graduates' portraits are given to their families before they leave. It also involves clean-up after all have left the auditorium. It is a commitment time-wise the day of, but actually not a lot of labor if there are enough hands on deck AND you get to cry at the ceremony with all the 5th grade parents
