Library Volunteers Committee

Library volunteers are integral to the success of our library program. 

Tasks include:

  • shelving books
  • checking out books using automated system
  • processing new books
  • supporting library events (e.g., author visits, book fairs)
  • makerspace planning and support (crafts--we have sewing machines and supplies; coding; zines)

No experience necessary.  Training provided.  All are welcome.

There are 10 weekly shifts; 8:30-9:10am and 1:15-2:30 daily. There are also opportunities to help out on an occasional or as-needed basis.
