We hope you enjoyed Friday's Auction Party - See below for a few final notes to double check!
We're still tallying the final numbers, but will be sharing how much we raised soon!
- Check Your Receipt(s)! You should have received one or more receipt(s) for your Friday purchases. So look for those so you can confirm your Friday night purchases. Please review and confirm that you have been charged correctly (remember, it's for the kids!) Did you get charged for last minute drink tickets? Check your Buy In Parties! Did you get an email that you need to pay for your items? A few people did not have Vaulted Cards - Check your emails! Note: All Buy In Parties are single ticket purchases - did you get charged for the correct number of tickets for each?? Any questions about drink ticket purchases for those who had trouble at check in- we did our best but reach out if it doesn't look right.
- You can also Log in and review in your Account/Closed Order tab (make sure there's nothing in Open Orders too!)
- Pick Up Your Items! Auction team members will be at the picnic tables at school this week FRIDAY 7:50am-8:45am. If you've paid, you can pick up Online, Silent, and Live Auction items (or information on how to redeem). If you bought a Teacher Treat or Buy In Party there is nothing to pick up. You'll be contacted by the host closer to the event.
We will also be reopening any Buy In Parties or Teacher Treats with tickets remaining SOON! Be on the lookout for more details.
