Dear WCMS families,

The holidays are coming up. Let’s show them our appreciation again on Friday 13 Dec 2024 with a Holiday Tea: hot chocolate, tea sandwiches, savory pies, cookies, coffee and an assortment of tea bags. There will be options in the sign up sheet for vegan/vegetarian mains for staff with dietary requirements. The PTA will be in charge of decorations!

Below is a sign up sheet for every class to bring a food item (cooked or bought). The quantity does not need to be big, just enough for 4 to 6 people. The food can be dropped off to the school to the PTA out front or office on that morning, please label ingredients (allergens, meat, gluten) if possible. Please drop off food anytime before 10am so that the food will be ready for the teachers by 1030am.

Please coordinate with your room parent and we thank you for coming together to make this happen!

Estimadas familias de WCMS,

Se acercan las vacaciones. Mostrémosles nuestro agradecimiento nuevamente el viernes 13 de diciembre de 2024 con un té navideño: chocolate caliente, sándwiches de té, tartas saladas, galletas, café y una variedad de bolsitas de té. Habrá opciones en la hoja de registro de platos principales veganos/vegetarianos para el personal con requisitos dietéticos. ¡El PTA estará a cargo de las decoraciones!

A continuación se muestra una hoja de inscripción para que cada clase traiga un alimento (cocinado o comprado). No es necesario que la cantidad sea grande, sólo suficiente para 4 o 6 personas. La comida se puede dejar en la escuela, en el frente de la PTA o en la oficina esa mañana; etiquete los ingredientes (alérgenos, carne, gluten) si es posible. Deje la comida en cualquier momento antes de las 10 a. m. para que la comida esté lista para los maestros a las 10.30 a. m.
