Dear WCMS families,

It is teacher/staff appreciation week from May 6-10 this year.  On Friday May 10th, 2024 we would like your help to honor the teachers with their own international potluck.   We are hoping that each class can bring something (drinks, appetizers, main dish, dessert) that will showcase the many cultures of our school.  The PTA will again be in charge of decorations!

Below is a sign up sheet for every class to bring a food item (cooked or bought). The quantity does not need to be big, just enough for 4 to 6 people.  The food can be dropped off to the school to the PTA out front or office on that morning, please label ingredients (allergens, meat, gluten) if possible.    We do have vegan/vegetarian teachers and staff, and would appreciate if dishes can be brought for them and labeled that they are vegan, thank you. 

Please drop off food anytime before 10am, their lunch starts at 10:40 am.  

We hope that with this group effort, show the teachers how much they have made our students bloom this year. Please coordinate with your room parent and we thank you for coming together to make this happen!

Es la semana de apreciación del maestro/personal del 6 al 10 de mayo de este año. El viernes 10 de mayo de 2024 nos gustaría contar con su ayuda para celebrar a los maestros con un festival internacional de comida compartida. Esperamos que cada clase pueda traer algo (bebidas, aperitivos, plato principal, postre) que muestre las muchas culturas de nuestra escuela. ¡La PTA nuevamente estará a cargo de las decoraciones!

A continuación hay una hoja de registro para que cada clase traiga un alimento (cocinado o comprado). La cantidad no necesita ser grande, solo suficiente para 4 a 6 personas. La comida se puede llevar a la escuela a la PTA en el frente o en la oficina esa mañana, etiquete los ingredientes (alérgenos, carne, gluten) si es posible. Tenemos maestros y personal vegano/vegetariano, y agradeceríamos que les trajeran platos y los etiquetaran como veganos, gracias.

Deje la comida en cualquier momento antes de las 10 a. m., su almuerzo comienza a las 10:40 a. m.

Esperamos que con este esfuerzo grupal, demuestren a los docentes cuánto han hecho florecer a nuestros alumnos este año. ¡Coordine con el padre de su salón y le agradecemos por unirse para hacer que esto suceda!

今年教师/员工感谢周为 5 月 6 日至 10 日。 5 月 10 日星期五，我们希望您帮助我们举办一场国际美食分享会，以此来感谢老师们。 我们希望每个班级都能带来一样东西（饮料、开胃菜、主菜、甜点），以展示我们学校的多元文化。 家长教师协会将再次负责装饰！

下方是每个班级报名提供食物（自制或购买）的报名表。 数量不需要太多，只需足够 4-6 人份即可。 食物可以在当天早上送到学校门口的家委总会或办公室，请尽可能标注配料（过敏原、肉类、麸质）。 我们确实有一些素食主义/纯素主义老师和工作人员，如果可以带一些适合他们并标明是素食的菜肴，我们将不胜感激，谢谢。

请在上午 10 点之前随时送达食物，他们的午餐时间从上午 10:40 开始。

我们希望通过这次集体活动，让老师们感受到他们今年对学生成长做出的贡献。 请与您的班主任协调，并感谢您们的齐心协力使这项活动得以实现！
