Sun, Mar 1 11:25am

Dear WCMS Parents and Guardians,

Our team of volunteers is excited to welcome you to the Scholastic Book Fair this week! A class schedule was posted on Konstella of when your student will shop the fair with their teacher.  Below is a list of acceptable forms of payment to prepare for your student’s visit this week:

Acceptable Forms of Payment

1.  USA Cash - please assist your student in storing their funds in a safe storage bag or wallet labeled with their name and class to minimize loss.
2.  Electronic Wallets (eWallets) - you are welcome to print out the barcode for your student(s) but we will also have copies on hand if you are unable to print out a copy for them.  This is the safest and most preferred way to shop during the fair.
3.  2026 WCMS Scholastic Book Scholarship - if you’re not able to shop the fair this year due to a hardship, please submit your student’s name by completing the form below:

Unacceptable Forms of Payments

1.  Student credit cards - authorization requires an in person parent/guardian.
2.  Parent/guardian credit cards without a parent/guardian present.
3.  Virtual gift cards from outside vendors.  If you have a Scholastic gift card balance, please be sure to transfer this balance to your student’s eWallet.
