Dear WCMS Families,
We are excited to kick off the WCMS PTA's 2026 Fall Giving Campaign. With district-wide budget cuts creating real challenges for our students, teachers, and staff, our goal is to raise $170,000 by December 31.
Your support helps fund the enrichment programs, classroom resources, student supports, and community experiences that supplement our children's education. Programs such as physical education, music, art, mindfulness, and STEAM help students build skills, confidence, curiosity, and well-being. Community events such as the Lunar New Year Concert, Multicultural Potluck, and Science Fair celebrate our school's diversity and bring families together.
These programs and experiences are not fully funded by the district and would not be possible without our community. The PTA's overall fundraising goal for the 2026-2027 school year is approximately $303,000, or about $560 per student. A gift of $560, or a gift of any amount, makes a meaningful difference.
