Hello Parents, we really need volunteers to sign up to run the carnival games and pumpkin decoration stations!   Even if you can only stay for part of the time it would be a big help, otherwise we can't make this happen!     

We still have openings for 1-2 more Trunk cars. Show off your decorating skills and enter in the fun contest for prizes!  

Treats (nut free candy or other prepackaged food) or prizes can be donated to the WCMS school office - there is a box in which you can drop off any donations.   

WCMS and Pinole Middle School are joining forces to host a new event to celebrate Halloween this year!   

On Friday October 28th from 5:30- 7:30 pm the PTAs will be hosting a Trunk or Treat at the school parking lot.   Trunk or Treat is an event where the kids can dress up in costume and walk around to decorated cars to get treats and prizes.  There will be Food Trucks, treats and games!   

We can't make this happen without parents volunteering to help!   We need parents to sign up to bring and decorate their cars (Here are some ideas  https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/holidays/halloween-ideas/g28747729/trunk-or-treat-ideas/)

For the decorations we ask no scary themes.   Electricity will not be provided.  At least one adult will need to stay with your vehicle to pass out treats.  Treats will be provided by the PTA or we are hoping some parents can help by donating treats ahead of time (prepackaged food or small toys/pencils/squishies/stickers/etc).   We will email the parents signing up to bring cars with more information.  

We would also need parent volunteers to help  set up and run games similar to the Welcome Picnic.

¡WCMS y Pinole Middle School están uniendo fuerzas para organizar un nuevo evento para celebrar Halloween este año!
