1/16 UPDATE  - More volunteers are needed, see below

Dear families,

We need 5 volunteers to decorate the multipurpose hall for Lunar New Year Concert on January, 17th, 2023. We do have some decorations from previous years but will appreciate volunteers can also bring their own decorations to make the venue look festive!

We will also need help to set up the chairs.

We also need at least 2-4 volunteers to help pass out programs at each of the 3 performances.   These parents will also need to make sure parents enter through the correct doorway at the back and let them know where to sit.   We are hoping to find parents who could volunteer for one or two of the performances, such as if there are kindergarten parents who can stay after their students are done performing,  we are open on times.  

We also need 4 volunteers to remove the decorations after the performance and put them away into the PTA closet.  As well as we need help to take down the chairs.  Please sign up below to help Liu Laoshi and the teachers. We appreciate your help.

Necesitamos 5 voluntarios para decorar el salón de usos múltiples para el Concierto del Año Nuevo Lunar el 17 de enero de 2023. Tenemos algunas decoraciones de años anteriores, pero agradeceremos que los voluntarios también puedan traer sus propias decoraciones para que el lugar se vea festivo.

También necesitamos 4 voluntarios para quitar las decoraciones después de la presentación y guardarlas en el armario de la PTA. Regístrese a continuación para ayudar a Liu Laoshi y a los maestros. Apreciamos su ayuda.
