We need some awesome volunteers to help with yearbook distribution this week! Here's how you can lend a hand:

Elementary Distribution:

• Date: May 9, 13, 15
• Time:
  • Morning Shifts: 7:50 AM - 8:15 AM 
  • Dismissal Shifts: 1:40 PM - 2:30 PM
• Location: WCMS Elementary Campus Gate by the MPR
• Tasks:
  • Help unload yearbooks from and place them on a folding table near the gate by the MPR.
  • Verify name and ID and ask they date, print name legibly, and sign out their yearbook(s).
  • We are also selling surplus yearbooks from last year that will have a separate signout sheet where they can indicate form of payment in cash, check or Venmo to Sonja Mah, or Venmo @Sonja-Mah (last 4 digits is 7488).

Middle School Distribution:

• Date: May 16
  Time:
  • Morning Shifts: 8:05 AM - 8:30 AM 
  • Dismissal Shifts: 2:10 PM - 3:00 PM  
• Location: WCMS Middle School Campus
• Tasks:
  • Help unload yearbooks and place them on a folding table.
  • Verify name and ID and ask they date, print name legibly, and sign out their yearbook(s).
  • We are also selling surplus yearbooks from last year that will have a separate signout sheet where they can indicate form of payment in cash, check or Venmo to Sonja Mah, or Venmo @Sonja-Mah (last 4 digits is 7488).
